Registration is now open for the workshop, which will take place in person in Toulon, France. Please note that registration is mandatory to attend.
The registration fee includes:
- Access to all workshop sessions,
- Daily coffee breaks,
- Lunches throughout the event.
Registration fees:
- Academic / Researcher: €500 (tax included),
- Students (PhD, Postdoctoral researchers): €300 (tax included).
The gala dinner is optional and costs €65 per person. You are welcome to attend with accompanying guests; please ensure you reserve the appropriate number of tickets when registering.

Once your pre-registration is validated by the organizers, you will receive a link per email to finalise it.
If you are willing to submit an abstract, please use the abstract submission tool under the registration section. Abstracts submitted by authors who have not completed their registration after the notification of acceptance will not be considered. Notification of acceptance of the abstracts will be sent to authors by April 6th, 2026.
